The hydraulic winch is converted into mechanical energy by the hydraulic energy obtained by the hydraulic motor through the hydraulic system,and it is decelerated by the planetary reducer to increase the torsion,which produces a great torque on the drum,and achieves the purpose of dragging heavy objects by winding the steel wire rope on the drum.
» Main Application
Hydraulic winch is a vehicle tool used in automobiles and special vehicles for self-rescue and self-discharge in off-road driving under difficult road conditions.
It can also be used for lifting and pulling heavy objests in construction site,such as engineering installation,oil field drilling,road clearing etc.
It is characterized by compact structure,small size,light weight,large pulling force,simple installation,flexible operation,convenient maintenance,and the hydraulic system of the car itself.

Pay attention to the following during installation and use:
(1) Before installing the winch, check whether the parts are complete and damaged. If there are damaged parts, they must be replaced before installation.
(2) The connection between the capstan and the connecting seat or bracket shall be fixed by high strength bolts with mechanical properties of grade 10.9 or above to ensure sufficient connection strength.
(3) after the installation of the capstan, it is necessary to check whether the hydraulic pipeline is wrong, whether the clutch can be combined and separated normally, whether the capstan drum can rotate normally, and not appear the phenomenon of stagnation.
(4) When winding the wire rope on the capstan, put the rope head into the rope hole of the drum, and then screw the set screw tightly, and in the rope winding condition, after 4-5 laps, load 3-5kN force to wrap the wire rope.
The maximum deflection Angle of the wire rope winding into and out of the drum should not exceed 3°, in order to prevent the random rope and winch force deviation. When out of use, the rope press should be pressed tightly to prevent the rope loose and disorderly rope.
⑹ after the winch installation, in the heavy load test before or long time out of use, to carry out no-load operation, in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the motor.
It is prohibited to disengage the winch clutch when lifting heavy weight or pulling. When the winch is working, the wire rope shall be kept on the drum for at least 5 laps.
Prohibit the use of overloading winch, to prevent damage to the winch and safety accidents.
