320t/h The working principle of batch asphalt mixing plant is, the control room sends work order, then all kinds of cold materials according to the requirement of the primary distribution, are sent by the transmission system to the dryer. After drying, they are screened twice by vibrating screen. Use electronic weighing to weigh aggregate and mineral powder and bitumen, and then pull them in cylinder in order and stir evenly into finished aggregate. The conveying, drying and screening of aggregate are continuous, and the measurement and mixing of various materials are carried out according to the cycle. Therefore, compared with continuous asphalt mixing station, it has the advantages of good aggregate gradation control and stable asphalt dosage.

High heat exchange efficiency, up to 90%, low fuel consumption, low gas consumption, reasonable insulation design, greatly reduce the heat loss of equipment. Soot emission is in accordance with European standards to meet environmental requirements.
According to the process flow (mixing mode) the plant can be divided into: continuous drum type and batch type.
Batch type, that is, heating and drying of aggregates and mixing of mixtures is forced periodically. Stir one pot at a time and each pot is stirred for 45 seconds. The output depends on the equipment model.
